Season's Harvest Salsa Review

About the company: Seasons Harvest is all about memories.  Creating family recipes that will stand the test of time and make you remember past memories. They started by making a barbecue sauce that was a family recipe and they took no shortcuts, no additives or coloring..just fabulous fresh, natural ingredients.

I was given the chance to review Seasons Harvest's salsas.  Let me just say YUM.  I am a big fan of salsa and don't need any special occasion to have it.  I love trying new salsas too, so I was excited when my gift set arrived.  Seasons Harvest has four original recipes which are Ripe Peach, Cilantro, Black Bean, and Con Queso. They then added three new flavors- Roasted Tomato, Chipotle, and Apple Raspberry.  I received a gift set that has Ripe Peach salsa and Roasted Tomato Black Beans and Corn salsa.

Like I said, I crave this stuff.  I stopped eating tomato products for a few weeks after the arrival of my daughter because I thought she had an allergy, but luckily she didn't and I could return to my food.  They are both amazing!  I admit I was a little nervous about the peach salsa.  I have wanted to try a "fruity" salsa but have always been a chicken.  I can't believe I've been missing out on so much.  It's the perfect blend of sweet and spice. While I love the traditional chips & salsa, I love cooking with it even more. I like chunky salsas, but Andrew prefers more of a pureed salsa and these were a little on the chunky side. But even he very much enjoyed them.

Each 16oz jar is just $6.  They have also added beautiful new gift sets perfect for any gift you need to get for someone. The 2 jar gift set is $16 or the 4 jar set is just $30.

Make sure you check our Seasons Harvest on Facebook to keep updated with all of their updates!

  1. I am not much of a salsa eater but I sure know someone who is and this would make the perfect gift! Actually I might like that Ripe Peach one-and it sounds like it would make the perfect glaze for Ham or pork chops!!
