This one is ice, orange, avocado, and apple. I add a tablespoon of water to get things blended but apples have a lot of juice so you don't need much. Textures of smoothies depend on the person, so if you prefer a thicker smoothie, add more ice; prefer thinner, add more liquid.

1 whole apple (seeds, stem, and core removed)
1 whole orange (peeled)
1 whole avocado (peeled)
1 cup ice
1 tbsp water
Cut apple, orange, and avocado in quarters. Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
**Tip-- Not all blenders are made equal. You may need more liquid depending on how sharp your blades are.
